  • Please be sure to bring an eye mask and water. As well, feel free to bring anything you might want for a laying down meditation like a blanket or pillow. If you want you can also bring crystals to have by you or to anything small that you want to bring for the journey that can stay within your own space on the mat.

  • dream work is a laying down guided meditation into the Theta brainwave. Here we dive into your subconscious with active imagination lead by my voice. In a group event like this you will be following along with the group doing the same activation from your inner mind. This is a conscious meditation where we are not trying to fall asleep but instead relaxing our bodies to awake our minds.

  • click the button register which will bring you to a new page for the event and follow the prompts there to save your space. You must register for this event

  • This event is designed as whole experience from start to finish so we do not recommend coming for only part of the event. If you need to leave early it is highly recommended that you leave before another part of the event starts especially dream work as it is not recommended to stop in the middle of a guided dream work meditation.

  • wear comfortable clothes that you can move in for dancing with layers for comfort for the laying down meditation and sound journey
